This DA office is an absolute JOKE! Nobody answers the phone and nobody ever calls back. But these are the same people who can determine your fate. This is absolutely ridiculous that I have to call 4 and 5 times to get someone to answer.L

My case against my neighbors, who refuse to follow the leash law, and their children are constantly trespassing on my property, was dismissed today. I had evidence to support my case, was in court waiting from 9 am until 1:15 pm, only for the DA to rush me to "briefly" describe what happened in minutes which is impossible bc the problem has been going on for almost 3 years now. They refuse to prosecute “Death by Distribution” cases as allowed by law—if they even attempt it at all! They never respond to calls, and they have failed to return the personal property of the victim to our family, even after more than a year of waiting. The actual criminal is treated like the victim, while real victims and their families are ignored. Absolutely disgusting and heartbreaking!
