Great concept, however they need to do better when transporting the elderly. They have you wait outside for more than an hour to be picked up then more than 2 hours for the return trip home.
The driver has left me several of times only when the next stop is up the street to Walmart, have waited for over an hour and a half to be picked up sometimes
My husband uses this transpo 3-4x a week. Drivers are great, very compassionate. only 2x have they been late but not drivers fault, some days they are so booked up and are apologetic and do the best they can.
Friendly, clean bus, on time arrival to appointment
