Do not expect your order delivered on time or any communication. Kelly gives dates and chang every month and only when I had to ask multiple times for eta which most times were ignored. Phone never picks up and emails are ignored. Terrible customer service!!!!! Long delayed timeframes with no communication and phone doesn’t pick up. Worst customer service
We have two of light cream boucle Camoleonda replica and while it looks absolutely beautiful in our home - we literally cannot even sit on it as it stains so easily.
