An absolute joke of a business! I have never experienced such a poor customer service as I did with Kelly. Not surprised to see some reviews experiencing the same issue as I have. DO NOT PURCHASE from this shop. Absolutely NO update on your order. You have to chase up your product and send consecutive emails with no response to finally get an email back saying your order has been delayed (with NO communication prior). Do not purchase from Cultka, particularly if you’re considering a pre-order. I first ordered on the 15/09/2025, and was told the order would be fulfilled by 22/12. Order still hasn’t been fulfilled, it’s taken WEEKS to get any order updates and responses, they are refusing to provide a refund despite not providing the product and after enquiring on my order on the 1st of December, they responded on the 31st of December stating that there has been multiple delays that prevented them meeting the ETA (that I wasn’t made aware o... read more
Long delayed timeframes with no communication and phone doesn’t pick up. Kelly has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

Do not expect your order delivered on time or any communication. Kelly gives dates and chang every month and only when I had to ask multiple times for eta which most times were ignored. Phone never picks up and emails are ignored. Terrible customer service!!!!! When kelly finally got back to my several attempts of email saying “have you not been receiving updates?” NO I have not clearly when I have been chasing up and you are not answering the emails!
