Amazing experience at CM&B! As soon as I walked in I felt an overwhelming sense of calm. The salt room in zero gravity chairs and yapping with my girls healed me. The massage chair is not to be missed! It does a whole body scan and addresses accordingly. We will definitely be back!
My husband and I enjoyed recently our first visit (and definitely not our last) to the salt room. The ambiance at Cultivating Minds and Bodies was aromatic, calming and quite pleasant. We both left feeling deeply relaxed and rested and, yes, we slept very well that night. We look forward to returning and try out the infrared as well.
