Pretty disappointed with the business’ way of handling a pretty concerning situation. I purchased a gift card for my stepmom for Christmas. The spa came highly recommended so I opted to go with the local business as opposed to the spa in Athens. 1) supporting local and 2) this was closer to her home. She cashed in her gift certificate 2 weeks ago on a facial and contracted a bacterial infection in her face a few days after. She has emailed this business and they have yet to respond to her. I had a facial today by Tarsha Griffith. She did a great job and made a relaxing environment by explaining everything before hand, and didn't talk during the appointment. She ended the session by conditioning and combing my beard which was a nice touch on top of the shoulder and upper arm massage.
I cannot recommend this spa enough. I’ve had several massages here, and I have enjoyed all of them. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the professionals here are incredibly kind, educational, and respectful. I have also had my eyebrows waxed, and I have to shout out Tarsha - what an amazing woman! She did a wonderful job cleaning up my brows, and I enjoyed talking with her. If you’re unsure whether or not to invest in their services, I can assure you, you will not be disappointed!
I went today for the first time had the 90 minute swedish massage. I hae brooke. She did an amazing job & i highly recommend her!!
I got my first facial from Tarsha today! I enjoyed every second of it! It was a very relaxing atmosphere and my skin feels amazing! I will definitely be rebooking with her!
