Cultivate Detox was created with the intention of educating the community about their bodies, re-connecting the gut-brain connection, to re-hydrate the body and to re-educate the owner (that's YOU!) on how to achieve optimal health. I work with people on the five stages of healing. Detoxification through foods, herbs, emotional and mental trauma and generational healing.

I stopped by the building after seeing there was a grand opening for a new studio and decided to check out the other businesses inside as well. As I was heading toward Gabriela’s studio, I witnessed her speaking to the owner of De La Derma in an incredibly rude and condescending way — completely unprofessional and honestly hard to watch. Gabriela is amazing at what she does, and this is the only spot in the Bay Area that offers gravity colonics. I feel that gravity is the best parts of both closed systems and open, but unlike open systems, there’s no mess and no straining / discomfort like with traditional enemas. Gabriela is so deeply gifted at what she does. She provides such a beautiful, clean and safe space which is essential for this kind of intimate experience.
