Absolutely one of THE most awful experiences with a good ole' boys business I've ever had the misfortune of enduring. Absolutely FORGET attempting to return anything to this store, even though their return policy on the receipt (which obviously they don't understand is a legally binding contract) clearly states they accept returns within 30 days (contingent on if its "materials" in which case you get a refund less a 15%, prehistoric "restocking" fee").
