I wish I could build all my homes in Culpeper. Everyone is a pleasure to work with from the head building official, Bob Orr to the office manager, Rebecca to the inspectors, James and Bruce. They make the process easy and seamless. They are always willing to help make the building process quick and easy. They understand the challenges a builder faces during construction and work very hard to assist and not hamper the build. Thanks for being a great team!!!
I don't understand does Culpeper County not want people to build homes. Our builder calls for inspection on a Monday and its going to be Friday before we can get an inspection. Please hire another inspector. Put our tax dollars to work......
Great building dept, very helpful and responsive. The person who gave the one star review obviously never worked with Fauquier County
