Rob did a wonderful job of walking us through our first Will. He made what we thought was going to be a difficult process very easy. Rob provided us with options and guidance to ensure that we were confident with our choices now and it is settling to know that things will be managed positively and respectfully in the future.
Meeting with Culos Robert ranks as one of the worst experiences of Canadian life. I had not even spoken a word before he started stomping around and yelling. He was abusive and aggressive and a complaint is filed with the relevant society. Perhaps he had just had some horrible news before I arrived or maybe he'd just had a bad day generally. I don't know, but since he has not called to apologize, I must assume that is his normal manner. Sorry Culos, you are one scary man.
