I am very disappointed in this company. From the beginning they have been dishonest and rude. I switched my service from Ready Refresh to Culligan Sarasota in Dec 2024, since then they have gotten my monthly order wrong 3 of the 7 deliveries they made. Then when I told them I was moving out of state, they told me I was in a 24 month contract, which I knew nothing about. Now they want me to pay for 16 months of a service and product I will never receive. They are crooks and they pray on the elderly. DO NOT sign up with them!
We just had a Culligan system installed at our new home and couldn't be happier. Our neighbor referred us and our sales rep Sara closed the deal. She was fantastic! Sarah has already been back to test the system and is always quick to respond whenever we reach out to her. Can't say enough about her and our new system. Highly recommend.
