We just had a Culligan system installed at our new home and couldn't be happier. Our neighbor referred us and our sales rep Sara closed the deal. She was fantastic! Sarah has already been back to test the system and is always quick to respond whenever we reach out to her. Can't say enough about her and our new system. Highly recommend.

I think that they cheated me out of over$7,000.00 for their water system that never worked right fir 2 years. They were out many times to fix the water softener. I finally gave up and had a new water guy come over to buy another softener that actually works. While he was here the water softener and the charcoal filter thing both blew their tops. If we had not been here, we would have lost tons of water. I have never had so much trouble. Geez. I finally have a system that works. Their system also ruined my skin. Geez. They ar... read more

Entire referral program is A SCAM. Got my rep two COMMERCIAL ACCOUNTS and received nothing. Until I was schooled on this reward program by another Culligan rep (in a social setting) telling me I was entitled to two gift cards, I was never told anything.by my rep ******* THE CULLIGAN REWARDS PROGRAM IS A SCAM! SHOP ELSEWHERE

I was a customer of Culligan for over 15 years. They initially installed an old used inefficient water softener and could not get them to replace it on their rental program, so not happy with the equipment installed for what I was paying monthly. Over the years I paid monthly rental fees to Culligan that was enough to buy 5-6 brand new water softeners. I paid the invoice of $1009.00 directly to the serviceman who installed the system. On his advice, I opted out of any automatic filter replacement plan because I am only in this *********** months a year. The company has my credit card number because they demanded it prior to the visit when I asked for a filter replacement only.The service man walked in with nothing but the clothes he wore. He said my system was outdated, could not be serviced, and he would install a new system for $800+ which he stated was half price.When h... read more

After buying the entire equipment , the salesman Dave, said Culligan customers get free maintenance as long as we own our home. Then I get a bill for $50.00 $25.00 per month or $23.00 per month if I do auto pay. I payed the $50.00 and started the auto pay of $23.00 per month. Then I get another bill for $20.00 per month for the filter under my sink. $43.00 total per month that was never mentioned. I asked for a call from there manager but never got the call. I bought a whole house water softening system with attached whole house carbon filtration over 15 years ago. I keep asking for a replacement of the carbon filter and they laugh in my face.I tried contacting corporate headquarters-- I spoke to a customer service representative who gave me an email address to query, which I did. We have been customers for over 20 years. In the last year their service has gone from a 5 star to a 1 star. We have had problems getting them to send bills and then we get notices that we are late making payments. We got that straight after several attempts . Suddenly they started a two bottle minimum without any notice and started leaving full bottles on the porch even when there are no empty bottles for them to pick up. Culligan did a great job on our water softener. Mike came out and tested our water, which we knew was hard. He also tested our Brita filtered water and bottled water, the results of which convinced us to get a ROPU for drinking water. He answered all of our questions and scheduled us for installation the next day. Benjamin came out within the three hour window we were assigned and had the install done in less than 2 hours.
