Service is incredible! We had an issue with getting our blinds to work. We were aware that the company had shutdown for the Christmas break so messaged the salesman that we had dealt with when we got them installed (from a couple of years back) on a Saturday afternoon at 5pm and he called within five minutes and talked us through doing a factory reset - incredible service - thanks Jonno!
Ok. Arrived on time for quote. Very professional. Sorted things with Body Corp. Arrived on time for fitting and they look bloody fantastic (curtains and shutters). Definitely use them.
I've had a terrible experience with your admin staff Tracey Prosser. Terrible and RUDE person she is. Refused to help on call.
Every step of the process with Cullens Blinds was professional, friendly and a great experience. I can't recommend them highly enough. From initial quote in home, to install the staff had clear communication and proactive comms. Competitive price and great product. Will be using them in the future for all my blind/curtain needs.
