They don't lift phones, no call backs , don't try spend time to explain things. Dealt with 3 conveyancers till now . Lowest rating among all of them . this is my experience dealing with them.
Would not recommend for settlement services. We utilsied them to settle 2 x personal properties. Over a month after settlement we receive a debtors letter with no explanation. After 8 weeks of back and forth Cullen MacLeod admitted they made an error in their PEXA payment and should have taken the higher amount during settlement. To suddenly receive a debtors letter with no information or apology was a very poor service.
