I have used this company 1997. They are the leaders in chef inventory programs. The program would be much better if they had much better customer service. They are real bad at calling back. Can take over a week to have a call back. The last 4 years have been terrible with Chef Tec. I must have spent 4K and still don't have a system that I am happy with. If anyone buys this I highly recommend having them give you extended support for FREE. Or they will want at least $500 more per year. It is just unacceptable the way I have b... read more
