This is a culinary school with a top rated dining offering on Wednesday and Friday. Menu is fixed for each round of lunch. The servers are all students and are learning as they go, but do a really nice job as servers. Reservations are required due to the popularity of the lunch servings. Our student, Lavender did a nice job.
What a great experience to give these students a real life training event, to be able to critique them and help perfect their craft.
