I loved the idea of the cannoli class, and the chef was pleasant but there were a number of issues. It was advertised as 2 hours instead of the 3 it took, which they admitted was a mistake. Several people had to leave without finishing. They advertised focaccia and salad as part of the meal; neither were offered. Some of the cannoli were overcooked.
