Terrible experience here, avoid this store at all costs! I purchased an electric kettle less than one year ago. It had two major issues: power failure and serious rust inside the stainless steel tank. I sent it in for repair three times. They never fixed the rust problem. Instead, they scrubbed the tank and made it much darker with more rust spots. They even lied and claimed it was just limescale, which was proven wrong right away.
