Bought a soy milk maker here years ago. Worst shopping experience. Don't buy anything here.
Pay attention to their return policy before purchasing, otherwise you will never receive your full refund even it’s a defective product. Terrible terrible customer service! It’s a shame!
I was shopping a soya milk maker from Amazon, the 3rd party seller is this cuisine talent, they sold me a defective product, after communicating with them, they sent me a replacement which is a used and another defective piece, I was fed up with this seller and returned their product with full pieces and original package. They deducted me $300 and declined my full refund request. I’ve been contacting them by email with all the photos and videos to proof that is a defective product, they just ignored me.
