An improvement would be not sending a child to ISS and writing sentences for not complying with dress code when said child's parent has gone to the school and explained we cannot afford the clothes. 49 sentences and missing classes for a rip in jeans, this after talking to the principal about our circumstances. I think a piece of tape over the offense would have sufficed. This was not a consequence for bad behavior. This was a punishment for his grandparents being on a fixed income and trying to raise him. winning their 4th state championship high School football game.4th in the history of the school.
The two buses that come down Old Clinton Rd about 4:15 pm go incredibly fast. They need to slow down! This is a residential area and the speed limit is 30 mph..not 40 mph and higher! Please slow down!
