My wife took my tax return to them and they screwed up. Then when my wife went back and find out if they can correct it and they were rude and unprofessional blaming my wife. My wife clearly stated she didn't know how to do this and didn't know about dependants. And they just blew her off and ran her through. It was short form and married with 2 kids. Easy right.
