I cannot stress enough how disappointing and dishonest my experience was with Cuddy & Feder. After shelling out a significant amount of money, I was led to believe a settlement was imminent. However, that was nothing more than a facade to squeeze more money out of me. Instead of results, I got bills, and when I couldn't pay any more, they had the audacity to take me to court. Stay away from Cuddy & Feder, especially if you're dealing with Taylor Palmer. They might boast about knowing the ins and outs of land use and zoning, but my experience says otherwise. Their main interest seems to be in billing you to the max rather than getting you results. I've thrown tens of thousands at them with nothing to show for it but empty promises.
