Showed up at 4:40pm when my scheduled time was at 4pm. Got a text at 4:03pm stating that they were 15 minutes away due to traffic. I just found that really unprofessional and then charged me the same amount like they were not late. Will never recommend, they don’t interact with kids well or nothing. A waste of money.
