ordered sheets. paid a ton to have the sheets mailed. Six days later the sheets are still sitting in a warehouse. Customer service will 'look into it'. Customer Service had the nerve to try to sell me their 'rewards program'. Why would I want a reward program for a company that can't manage to send me a simple sheet order. Good grief
This is a scam, fake company. I used to shop at a Cuddledown, when I was a child and my parents their whole life, but now it is a front for a fake company outside the US. BEWARE!!! They canceled my order WITHOUT calling me AND charged me, still over $20 for canceling it!!! I called multiple times, and was told it was impossible to help me or refund me!! They seemingly ask you to join a rewards program and charge you monthly. It was not transparent and I did not know there would be a charge. I don’t see any benefit to the program either. I looked at the BBB website and it has happened to others
This is a company I remember from Childhood to have the best pillow and blankets. Well- I guess it could not stand the test of time. More interested in pushing a predatory “VIP” club that charges a monthly fee than sending out the 300$ comforter I ordered. Absolutely terrible customer service. Made in Maine? It would appear not. Bought a $500 Temperature Regulating Comforter a little over 5 years ago. The seaming that holds the filling into the individual squares has mostly dissolved leaving me with whole sections that are empty. Have called customer service 5 times and each agent ( who I can barely understand) has told me they would transfer me to level two customer service. Each time I go right back to the initial recording that I began with. Essentially there is no customer service. Will never buy from this company again!
