They seemingly ask you to join a rewards program and charge you monthly. It was not transparent and I did not know there would be a charge. I don’t see any benefit to the program either. I looked at the BBB website and it has happened to others

This is a company I remember from Childhood to have the best pillow and blankets. Well- I guess it could not stand the test of time. More interested in pushing a predatory “VIP” club that charges a monthly fee than sending out the 300$ comforter I ordered. Absolutely terrible customer service. Made in Maine? It would appear not. Bought a $500 Temperature Regulating Comforter a little over 5 years ago. The seaming that holds the filling into the individual squares has mostly dissolved leaving me with whole sections that are empty. Have called customer service 5 times and each agent ( who I can barely understand) has told me they would transfer me to level two customer service. Each time I go right back to the initial recording that I began with. Essentially there is no customer service. Will never buy from this company again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. At one time they were a good company with good products from MAINE USA. Now? It's all off shore. Having a terrible time for two years now! They keep charging my credit card for something they call VIP. Have called and called trying to cancel and charges keep going up. Trying to get my CC company to finally stop this. What a rip off.
