Bad customer service. I am really disappointed the way they are doing the repair. My water filter broken down 9 days ago and still not repaired. Seems like one repair men is covering entire state area. Cuckoo need to hire more repair person for faster service.
I bought a unit and when I called for support, a korean person picked up the phone. I told her I needed support on my unit and she hung up on me.
