Went to this homeware/variety shop at the corner of the new Kellyville shopping centre. The male shop manager was extremely rude, young and inexperienced. He bitched about the customers in front of them in Chinese thinking people don't understand and turned around and smiled at them. I find this disgraceful and so fake.
