Went to cub today, a Friday at 330 pm. 10 people in line at the only register open! They have more than 8 Registers, plus self ck out. Seriously Cub, care about your shoppers time and their convenience to shop with you. I wont shop here again. Mgmt no longer cares. AND, last time I was in they do not have hand held shopping baskets anymore (an employee told me, store is not planning to replace the baskets, cuz they just get stolen) Dont let people leave the store with the baskets then. I am a rewards member, for years I am a steady customer, I am also not pleased with the aura and attention to people of a different race, projecting a unkind look, or not even a hello how may I help you, after purchase, no thanks no we appreciate your business, there is only 1 color that matters in business: GREEN MONEY!$
This store has always been a good place to shop. The people complaining are just ridiculous. Come on, someone really complained because every time they went to get a rotisserie chicken the store was sold out 😂😂😂😂 was someone supposed to save you a rotisserie chicken? They are good and people hurry to purchase them so maybe be quicker than that. Like, wow 🤦🏽♀️
