I’ve always had good experiences with Cub in the past, but unfortunately, I’m running into a frustrating issue that I hope management will see and address. I recently purchased several items from Cub Maple Grove. I went to get their freshly baked loaf of bread and asked for an associate to cut the loaf up for me. The lady was occupied doing something, I waited patiently. She never once looked up at me so I politely said hi, can you cut my loaf of bread for me? She said we are closing I'm still doing something. So I replied oh so you can't cut up the loaf of bread for me then? She said I could you have to wait. So I patiently waited for her to do her check list. We shop here rather than our local cub of which there are too closer cubs. The selection is usually better and produce and other items are generally fresher. And the stores easier to navigate and more intuitive than our other choices.

★★★★★ CUB Maple Grove is hands down the best grocery store location in Minnesota. I have yet to find another CUB — or any retail competitor besides Costco — that can compare. The employees here are absolutely wonderful and many have been with the store for years, which speaks volumes. Every time I shop here, it feels like family. Their longtime GM, who did an outstanding job for many years, has since retired — but the new management team is doing a fantastic job keeping that same standard of excellence.
