I waited patiently in line for the people in front of me to finish buying their items. They were rung out and then the cashier whose name is Shelly P. Turned around and started talking to a lady behind her who she knew. While I was just standing there waiting for her to ring me up. I had 5 items. She didn’t greet me or say thank you. There were 3 people behind me in line.
I’ve ordered store pickup several times through Cub, and during my first few orders I received text updates from Naomi letting me know she was shopping my order, when it was completed, and whether any substitutions were needed. It truly felt like having a personal shopper. On a later order I didn’t receive any messages or notifications, but when I placed another order last night, Naomi reached out again with the same exceptional communication and service.
