I had a very disappointing experience at Cub Foods customer service. I requested a $3,000 money order, and the employee refused without providing a clear or respectful explanation. The interaction felt unprofessional, and I was not offered any guidance or options. As a customer, I expect clear communication and respectful service. Honestly, who can afford these prices? Two stars since open 24 hours. No other reason to come here. Go to Lunds or HyVee (same cost)
