If I could give 0 stars I would. I attempted to do business with this bank. After completing an online application and being told that I was approved and would hear back in 24-48 hours it took them 12 days, after repeated requests for updates on my part, to come back to me and tell me they couldn't proceed due to limitations due to their size. The advisor, Takunda, was horrible at getting back to me and repeatedly used the excuse that they are understaffed. Terrible customer service.
I was interested in becoming a customer of this credit union, but my experience was frustrating due to poor communication. While the staff I interacted with were friendly, responses were very slow and I had to follow up multiple times. There was also a lack of follow-through. Unfortunately, this made the process difficult, and I decided not to continue.
