Great selection, and the staff was extremely helpful with my newbie questions.
I am pretty new when it comes to selecting exotic wood and I was not confident at all when it came to figuring out the price. Dez did an AMAZING job by explaining the prices and how everything is calculated. He also was very encouraging as I told him what I plan on making. Dez is extremely knowledgeable about each board in there. The other gentleman were very helpful as well, with making sure the price was correct since I had something cut down and making additional cuts so that my 4x4 could fit in my car. We brought in a chair for repair last week and had a really good experience. The team was friendly, easy to work with, and clearly knew what they were doing. What stood out most was their customer service. It’s rare to find a team that combines real skill with such a friendly and accommodating approach. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. Drove an hour to check out the store - the store is pretty great, lots of things I could only possibly get at that store without going MUCH further away. I cannot adequately describe how impressed I was with the staff - particularly Dez. Such a young guy and SO so knowledgeable. CANNOT wait to go back, even if it's only to talk to Dez.
