I tried for 3 days in a row to use the Pahoa branch notary services which are supposed to be free and available to members. I called in the morning to ensure availability, yet every time I go to the branch the only person doing the totary is busy processing loans or is done notarizing by 10:30 am. I was referred to private, paid notary services! Very disappointed that I can't receive the services I'm supposed to have available at my local branch!

Worst bank I’ve ever dealt with!!!! Money goes missing, transactions take days to clear, can’t cash money orders. It’sa pathetic excuse for a bank and everyone should steer clear of it.
