4/25 We've been customers of this branch for over 7 years now and we still love the staff. Always pleasant, helpful, gracious, smiling - now we're friends!! Original review: We just moved here from the mainland and everyone was helpful, kind and welcoming. In the 6 weeks since, the service has been nothing short of perfect for all of our needs. Cannot say enough about the professionalism of this Credit Union in general and this branch in particular.

I was there a couple days ago and they lied about info on cashing a check so I went all the way to Hilo for nothing and my company has damages now. So power to Cryptocurrency and to hell with this outdated banking system!
