My husband and I visited this CU Hawaii as we are trying to compare different construction loans from federal credit unions. We went inside and ask to speak to a lender about a construction loans. A lady came out with a form and showed us 2 different loans, my husband asked what a balloon loan was and she didn't know, she went to ask someone.
