Committed FRAUD on my personal banking account of nearly $900 and were completely unapologetic. Refused to tell me HOW it happened or allow me to speak to the "book keeper". My entire debit card had to be cancelled and my credit card as well. Over the course of 4 weeks I had 20 customer refunds for items that arrived damaged due to not being wrapped/properly boxed. Upon shipping replacements, I noticed I was being charged for the shipping. I lost so much money from my small business because of this company. BEWARE.
Not only is shipping exorbitant as previously stated, they DONT SHIP! And communication is ZERO! Stated shipping is 7-10 days which is a JOKE. Do not order!
DO NOT ORDER! WHAT A JOKE. $150 to ship 9 items and they won't give you the shipping quote until they ship. I could have paid full price for the same CRAP at Hobby Lobby and paid LESS than with CTW "wholesale" (NOT WHOLESALE)
shipping is a SCAM. won't tell you how much until after they charge your card. I was charged $158 to ship $200 with of merchandise. with that I could have paid less paying full price at Hobby Lobby for the same exact crap. I WILL be filing chargeback with Amercian Express and urge you not to order with them!

We have no control over shipping charges. We ship via UPS and charge the published rate based on dimensions and weight.
I am a small business with very little space so my orders are not large. I make a purchase once a month and I have been ordering from CTW for at least 5 or more years. I recently ordered $120.00 worth of product and my shipping cost was $110.00. On almost every order my shipping is almost the same amount of my purchase. I call, they take some off the shipping charge and tell me to order more to get their reduced shipping rate. As a retailer...I would NOT recommend CTW. We have given them 3 chances and we feel very taken advantage of. There is no way you can make any money on anything they sell because they really stick it do you on shipping. The shipping rates are a scam. I order alot online for our store and I haven't seen anything even remotely comparable. Really sad because their merchandise is really cute. Buyer beware!!! I would NOT order from them! Just awful!

We are sorry our customer is unhappy with the freight amount. We weigh the orders and ship the most inexpensive way possible. When the merchandise is on sale, the shipping is more percentage wise than if the merchandise is not on sale.
Don't even bother! I've been a retailer for this company for the past year and not only do they make a lot of mistakes filling orders, their drop-ship program is a joke! If you need to find out the shipping cost on an order before it's shipped, it's virtually impossible to obtain. They provide a list of box sizes and weights that are suppose to be for all their active products but apparently isn't not kept current. This customer has only placed 7 orders with us. The first one was in October 2018, the last one in March 2019. This complaint was related to one order. We took every possible action to resolve her issues but had no success making her happy.
I love the products and they sell easily. They are always on track with orders and shipping safely. I cannot say enough about CTW being at the top of my list of vendors.
I placed an order a little over a week ago. I was charged a ridiculous amount for shipping which was 40% of my total purchase. Their response to my complaint was the products I purchased were on sale so they basically over charged my shipping to make up for the products being on sale. When I order $600 worth of product and my shipping is $241 I am not happy. This is bad business!
