I have used CTS towing before and always been very happy. Today they came through above and beyond just to help out. We had a flat tire on Yorkshire Boulevard in Lexington and we’re able to roll 50 feet into the Valvoline new product development lab parking entrance. We were barely 20 feet off the road and not even in their parking lot. Friendly family oriented business. They were very hospitable and understanding. Empathy is important in life and they have it in spades.

Stay very far away. AWFUL service all around. Said they would get my truck, sent a tracker link and text they would arrive within the next 2 hours. Promptly cancelled when they were supposed to arrive, which mind you was planned for over a day. Called to ask why and all they said was "they aren't able to make it out at all" and had terrible customer service. I will never use them again. Awful way to run a business. I called Finley and they had it picked up within 30 minute... so easy way to put it, do not trust or use them.
