This week was my first time, using CTN. I'm impressed, the drivers are kind and considerate and personable. I really appreciate this company, they have made my life a little easier. I will be using CTN again. I pray God blesses each driver for their kindness. ❤️❤️
We have a driver who comes thru our alley way like it’s the Indy 500. We’ve made 2 attempts at calling their company to voice our concerns. We hope that this will fix that issue. I only gave a star because it won’t let me post it with out a star, but my opinion is no Star should be given. Their driver for van #27 is reckless and doesn’t care how he drives in our alley way and we have a ton of children who live here in this area. I will be posting a video of how reckless this driver is.
I've had the pleasure of riding with CTN when I need help with transportation, and I can't say enough good things about my experience with everyone I've dealt with! The gentleman who answers the phones when I call for rides is patient, professional, and friendly! Every driver I have had (lately, it's a lot lol!) is willing to go the extra mile and lend a hand. What can I say... always on time, fair price, reliable vehicles, personal/ professional/ friendly drivers. They have many types of vehicles for people with handicap needs (wheelchair, rollators, etc). 04/03/2025- The care and concern by this fleet of drivers is amazing! On this one (round) trip they patiently waited as our appointment with the doctor lasted about 45 minutes longer than expected.
