Great Experience
I was contracted as a removalist by someone else to pick up some timbers today at CTI. The loading took almost 30 min as I did not know that you needed high vest and steel boots. I mentioned to them that picking up goods should be easier and faster because it is costly for the final customer… instead of receiving the feedback the staff and managers were very rude to the point of saying don’t pick up the timbers?….. the managers ego is bigger than the ability to make customers happy
