CTI is an amazing and diverse business! Definitely a 5 start business in Southbend and the surrounding areas.
This is my second time posting due to “ it could damage my company” I had a terrible experience with CTI. The lack of care from the company was evident from the start. They stereotyped me and made me feel extremely uneasy. Additionally, there was a clear breach of contract, which only added to the frustration. Amazing family orientated company. You will not find a better company to take care of your family or to work for. Everyone is somebodies somebody and every worker in every position treats everyone like they are their family from the owners down.
