Worst service ever.
Totally unreliable on accessaride trips. Routinely shows up late or not at all. Accessaride should drop them as a contractor Second time no show no communication Third and forth no shows tbe same day Again 45 minutes late, in wheelchair, driver won't put on restraints for chair
Treats AAR riders terribly. Gets away with unprofessional behavior. AAR app and CTG aren't coordinated. Some driving feels dangerous at times. I don't think the drivers understand that they are carrying seniors or PWD, etc....There seems to be no recourse for Access-A-Ride users even when situations are reported.Why they are not investigated is beyond me.
Previne stress melted with chilly Sprinter seats & José’s CTG-level pro handling of unpredictable cross-Bronx commutes. Absolute reliability!
