Totally unreliable on accessaride trips. Routinely shows up late or not at all. Accessaride should drop them as a contractor Second time no show no communication Third and forth no shows tbe same day Again 45 minutes late, in wheelchair, driver won't put on restraints for chair For the first time in a long time, 2 ctg cars arrived on time. Comfortable and dependable! Used them for an early trip to LaGuardia. Marcus arrived on time in the sedan. Ride was quiet, car spotless. He knew exactly the route. Just wished he offered water (itwasalready sweltering at 7 am!); would have been nice to have hydration ready. Nevertheless, solid service.
