My mom uses this service quite often for her medical appointments. We've tried a couple of other companies before, but this one has been the most reliable so far. The drivers are always kind and patient, and that's really important to us. Whenever we need help, customer service is easy to reach and very helpful.

These are the worst company that I could recommend TLC any driver; they have an old man who is very disrespectful. They scammed me $50.00 For the drug test, passed for the drug test. Never activated my Jurny account and refused to take accountability for their unprofessionalism.

Here we go….. Very disturbing experience with a CTG driver during my Access-A-Ride trip after leaving NYU Hospital. The driver, Bekhruz Rajabov, was on a loud personal phone call on speakerphone from the moment I entered the vehicle. I could hear both him and the other person loudly throughout the ride. In addition to being unprofessional, he was driving aggressively, weaving through traffic, texting while operating the vehicle, and behaving in a way that made me feel extremely unsafe as a disabled passenger.
