The whole experience was awful! They lost papers that we already sent or couldn't bother looking for them. We had to send copies 3 times or more on certain items. The Underwriters need more training. Had to go to our bank 3 times the day before scheduled closing because they needed something they couldn't find that we sent. Buying a home should be a happy experience. Not with them!! To top it off.... On the day of closing they moved it to another location 5 minutes before our appointment, which was 30 minutes away.
