$50dls for copies of my tax returns, filed by them, ridiculous!! No wonder the bad reviews. No courtesy for doing business with them for 4 years.
After a mishap on the tax preparation resulting in an amendment and penalties issued, this firm has made it impossible for any sort of communication/clarification on correspondence received.. My parents reached out in person and on the phone multiple times and were given the runaround. I advised them to drop them and go back to using a CPA. How hard is it to follow up with a paying customer who entrusted you with such a personal service…
