I gave this a 1star review because the dipatcher is really mean the drivers are amazing the owners are amazing the drivers speed through neighborhoods

Drivers are consistently driving 40 - 45 in a 25 through our neighborhood putting our children at risk. I have called the company to report this and it didn’t change. Unacceptable!

I am late to post my wonderful experience with this company. A couple months back I called to ask for a same day travel request for my grandmother who is in a wheelchair and needed to be seen at the hospital which is about 50 minuntes away from where my grandma lives. I thought it was a long shot to get someone out to the rural community where my grandma lives especially as it was a same day request.
