I wish I could give zero stars. My child needs transportation for medical appointments. CT Transportation rejected the ride through MTM, on the day of the appointment, and then the dispatcher lied about it. She said it was MTM (Medicaid non emergency medical transportation) that was at fault. But the app showed the ride scheduled. After I called CT Transportation, the ride was suddenly canceled. Drivers who cut across the solid white turn lane lanes, cutting off multiple cars and almost causing several accidents. tell me everything I need to know about this transportation service. I’s sure be weary if you value your safety in a vehicle. Obviously don’t value hiring professional drivers to keep their passengers safe

Wonderful, friendly owners. Their driver Glenda is my fav! awesome lady. Friendly, talkative and loves to laugh. She always has a clean van too. She personally pays (with her hard earned money) to have it annually detailed. Shows me that she is dedicated to her job and people. Request her for your driver if you’ll be riding with CT.

I Was driving in front of one of your vans. I was in the passing lane driving 84 mph. They tailgated me and passed me flipping me off.

I gave this a 1star review because the dipatcher is really mean the drivers are amazing the owners are amazing the drivers speed through neighborhoods
