I've been trying to reschedule my appointment for almost a week now. Everytime I call its ALWAYS Edith that picks up. Edith is the RUDEST person I have ever had to deal with. She is beyond dismissive and she doesn't take into consideration that people suffer from Mental Health disorders. She'd rather sit on the phone and argue with someone instead of help them. RecommendedI previously posted my frustration regarding making an appointment for my son who is away at college. After an unpleasant experience with the scheduler I posted on this website what had happened. The same day, Dr. Aversa reaches out to me and made an appointment for my son with Sasha Durso, APRN. Dr. Aversa is avaricious and dismissive. The office is run by difficult and dismissive staff. Stay away. Spend your time and money someplace else.
Ive seen so many councelors and therapists in the last almost 20 years. Ive been seeing Paul Donavan for about 2 years and he is like no one I've ever seen before. Never have I felt like just another client that it's his job to spend an hour with. If anything it feels like I'm his only client and that he genuinely cares and wants to see me get 100% better just as much as I do or more.
