Great company. During a power outage in 2018 we first learned of Connecticut generator. They were the only company that would come out and help in an emergency situation. We had an existing generator that failed and they came out and spent the entire day trying to repair it. Finally we agreed to purchase a new generator which they installed. The service has been excellent. When we moved to a new home, we had them upgrade an existing generator and then continued to use them for maintenance. I highly recommend CT Generator!

I can't say enough about CT Generator. Katy in the office is very responsive and just a pleasure to work with. All of the techs that have come out to do the annual maintenance or provide service have been very knowledgeable and provided great service. So glad I picked CT Generator to have a service contract with and maintain my generator. Would highly recommend.
