I went in today with neck, knee & lower back soreness, booked an hour with Alisa ( I think) Absolutely fantastic improvement and now I feel so much better. Plus with private health it was a tad under $50 bucks. Thankyou. I'm doing that more often.
Ling never disappoints! She is amazing, always finds all the pain points, without me even sharing. She discovers parts that I didn't even know needs work!
TLDR: Dismal. I've been to over 50 different massage places and this could quite possibly be the worst. Terrible technique, just around and around in circles. Super lazy, utilising the entire forearm so just pressing down with no elbow point. Some pressing on bones to just further emphasis the already obvious lack of training. No check-ins asking if all is good, pressure okay, etc. I asked him 6 times for more pressure. My 35kg missus has X10 the strength. Moving faster doesn't equal more pressure. I went for a 90-minute hot stone massage. The massage therapist was not really qualified and could not speak English. I do not recommend this place. It was bad enough that I cut it short with 5 mins to go.
