3rd floor of PLN is one of the best places to study since it’s a quiet floor, 2nd floor is a bit loud and 4th floor is a good middle ground of loud and quiet but during finals week it’s definitely loud. The only downside of the north side is that the elevators go down like every other month sometimes. Or the school only wants to fix one elevator at a time…

I really like this library and I was studying 2 days over there, but I got 80$ ticket for parking lot, because I was not student there and was not familiar with the rules. And there is not any sign for us to know we should pay in their website for parking. There is no free parking for this library and you have pay 12 box per day for parking lot which is not worth for a person who wants use every day.
