They seem to be much faster at taking your money than they are at letting you collect. We applied for my daughter's first RESP payment over three weeks ago, online, and still haven't heard back. Her other, competent, RESP provider managed to pay her in a few days. So now I'm on hold... For an hour and a half...and they found an excuse to delay paying the money. Really, don't do business with these people.
