Warning: Avoid CSNS Relocation Services, Inc. at all costs. They are reckless with your property—they broke my bed, destroyed my porch, and damaged the walls throughout my home. Their staff is extremely rude and tries to gaslight you by denying the damage, even though I have clear video footage of them causing it. They refuse to pay for the repairs and act like they are above accountability. Do not let them into your home!
I've worked with CSNS for many years, utilizing their 3rd party services for military HHG moves. They go above and beyond to accommodate all requests, even services not typically in their purview. Their customer service is excellent and I can always count on speedy responses, reasonable service rates, and kind, honest treatment. Keep up the excellent work!
Hired a substandard contractor to install my washer and dryer. The washer started leaking after 2 days and caused wall damage. CSNS has been of no help to resolve the situation
