I have edited my first review; I complained after I wrote this review and received a message from the customer success manager saying that they will refund my money. Thank you for doing that , but I still think they need to work on their website as it is not clear that the membership renewal is part of the deal - it is in very tiny writing on the bottom of emails. Had an amazing experience on the Total Wellbeing Diet! I have made great lifestyle changes and I would definitely recommend this program to others
Total wellbeing diet has unfair consumer terms. Automatic membership renewal with reminder notice buried among the many TWD emails and furthermore it was at the bottom of a promotion ad. No complaint section. Great difficulty in contacting help team.
Once you find out that the meals (which aren’t included - they don’t say they are included but also don’t say they are NOT included - see the response below) don’t really match your current dietary or lifestyle (cooking all week it seems) there is no option to get a refund unless you are pregnant or have a health reason. Trying to dispute the card transaction seems the only way but this seems like a bait and switch tactic to lock in quick revenue.
