I have been using Jack Tinari and his team for more than 5 years. Fantastic service, prompt tax returns, and such reasonable rates!! They are also super courteous and always answer whatever questions I have throughout the year. YAY CSI!
Worst CPAs ever. I’ve never seen more impersonal service as CSI delivers. For tax preparation, they just fill in the numbers you have them, don’t ask any question, don’t talk to you or let you ask any questions. They just don’t care. The only call I’ve gotten from them is on the same day they finished plugging in the numbers to my tax return and someone called to let me know I have an invoice to pay. A tax return full of errors and no one to ever ask. Horrible business practice. Stay away!

After recently losing my accountant, I heard about CSI group on the radio and how reasonable the prices were. Well I got to say that I'm disappointed. The service felt impersonal, I really didn't speak to an accountant. Just the person that confirmed they receive my paperwork and then another person called me to tell me how much I was getting and how much my rate would be.
