I’ve been going to CSI Group for years to have my taxes done, and it’s long overdue that I leave a review. This time we had the pleasure of working with Carrie Zabit and Ashley Coppa, they are both fantastic! From the moment my husband and I sat down, Carrie made us feel completely comfortable and welcomed. She was outgoing, friendly, and organized everything seamlessly for Ashley. Ashley handled our taxes with patience and professionalism, and was just as warm and easy to work with. Highly recommend!
If you’re getting your taxes done anywhere other than the Brick office of The CSI Group, you’re doing it wrong. Ashley is next level sharp, efficient, and knows exactly how to get you the best outcome. My mom, my sister, and I all went to her, and the entire process was seamless, stress-free, and actually enjoyable (which says a lot for taxes). She explains everything clearly and makes you feel confident every step of the way. Hands down the only place we’ll be going from now on. Highly recommend.

Great first experience! I went to my previous tax preparer/accountant for 20 years and I was so uneasy starting over with someone new. Office was exceptionally clean .Front end staff was excellent! Flavio explained things thoroughly and was easy to talk to. I feel MUCH better now! Thank you!
The brick baddies at it again! My family has been going to this location and seeing Jack, Ashley & Carrie for years and could not say nice enough things. My husband and I finally gave them a try for tax season and to say we had an enjoyable visit is an understatement. There was no pressure so informative and we laughed the entire appointment time. We’ve since recommended two friends and are going back to make our wills. 10/10 would recommend
