Honestly I have no idea whether we were talking to someone in NJ or Fla but no matter because each person we spoke with was less informative and knowledgeable than the prior.. we asked for only NJ taxes to be done and they did both Federal and NJ (only paying for NJ!!) then no documents were found in my portal. I dont care that their office can see them, each email sent was still directed towards the INCORRECTLY COMPLETED Federal taxes! Never enough help. Waiting time in the line is long. Usually only one employee is checking donors in. Things need to improve at this location.
These people don't know what they are doing, are disorganized, and are rude. I received a written invitation to attend an informational event about taxes at the Dolphin House. The day before the event I received a written confirmation of my reservation by email confirming the time and place. I called and was specifically informed over the phone that my reservation was confirmed.
